XF Series Modular Chassis

Description

• Rails for your XF 6,7,8, and 1000.
• Extrusion features wider ribs as well as reduced cut outs for massive increases in strength over OEM rails.
• One piece rails machined from 7000 series aluminum–stronger and lighter
• These rails have front torque arm relocated to fix track tensioning issues on 06 and earlier sleds (same as 07 to 11)
• Cut to run the rear wheel size you want using your stock axle or our 2- or 4-wheel axle kit
• Beefed up where needed, i.e. the tail section for those hard tail landings
• Pre-drilled for ice scratchers

Kit includes:

• 2 rails
• 2 hi-fax
• 4 bumpers and hardware
• 2 tips and hardware
• 2 idler adjuster housings, bolts, and mounting hardware

** Stock mid-track Idler wheel blocks (2 bolt cast block) require filing to fit over the larger rib on Ice Age rails and will have reduced contact with track vs stock – or for better fitment and bolt-on installation you can purchase IceAge specific wheel blocks in our online store HERE.
