Welcome to the strongest snowbike rails on the market! We offer heavy duty replacement rails for the Timbersled Mountain Horse and ARO snowbike kits. Each rail kit is carved from 7000 series aluminum for maximum strength. Each kit includes 2 rails, 2 hyfax and a harware kit including bump stops, rail tips, and adjuster assemblies. All models are machined from a 1 piece extrusion eliminating the failure prone BRS systems found on 2016 models and the weak sheet metal design used in all ’13-’16 kits. If your replacing your bent stock rails or just looking to switch lengths we have an option for you.

We have multiple configurations available: For all options you can select either raw($525) finish, black anodized ($645), red or blue anodized ($675).

2011-2015 : available in 120″, 129, and 136 lengths. (8″ rear idler)

2016:  120, 129, 137  (8″ rear idler)

2017: 120 or 137 lengths (7.25″ idler)

2018: 

Aro: 129″ (7.25″ idler)

Riot: 120″ (7.25″ idler)

Riot 3 Pro (pro only): 129 (24/25 fitment confirmed)
