Replacement locking mechanism for the folding block of your Micro Suspension scooter.

The locking system tightens the steer of the Micro Suspension scooter when your scooter is unfolded, or when you fold down the steer to carry or store your scooter. Make sure there is always resistance when closing your clamp.

NOTE: First do a visual check if this is the clamp you have on your scooter. There also is a new clamp available, which is the 6146.

Remove the small metal retaining ring. The most convenient way is to first open the handle and tighten the round ribbed screw on the other side as tightly as possible with your hand. The retaining ring then comes out and is easy to remove. Then loosen the screw completely. Remove the old clamp and place the new clamp in reverse order.
