The Extortion bar is constructed out of 7003 T5 aluminum which is a very stiff option. This means that less materials are needed to achieve the same level of strength as lesser aluminum options making it just as strong, but lighter. This means that the Extortion V2 bar is a great option for weight conscious riders who aren’t willing to spend the money on titanium, but don’t want to sacrifice strength.
